Return and refund policy

1. Eligibility for Claims

To be eligible for an authorized return or claim, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Starting a Claim and Authorization

To start a return or claim, you must contact us at support@yohokamper.com.

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • If your return is accepted, we will negotiate the process and send instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • You can always contact us for any return question at support@yohokamper.com.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and negotiate a suitable resolution.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

5. Resolution and Credits (Negotiation-Based)

  • We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not.

  • If approved, the negotiation for financial credit or replacement will commence.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and resolution is pending, please contact us at support@yohokamper.com.
