1. The Direct-Import Advantage
Yohokamper operates on a purely Factory-to-Dealer basis. By shipping directly from our manufacturing facility in China to your warehouse, we eliminate regional distributor markups and storage fees.

Fresh Inventory: Your stock is manufactured to order, ensuring you always receive the latest model iterations and materials (no "stale" stock sitting in a local warehouse).

2. 1-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our production. Every Yohokamper unit is covered by a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty, designed to protect your business against production defects.
Coverage Scope
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of receipt.
Structure: Aluminum frame welding, shell integrity, and hinge mechanics.
Components: Gas struts, locking mechanisms, and telescopic ladders.
Fabric: Seam sealing tape and PU waterproofing coating.
Note: This warranty covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover normal wear and tear, UV degradation over time, or damage caused by improper installation/storage.
Warranty Resolution Process
Since we do not have local service centers, we support you with a "Parts & Credit" system:
Evidence: Submit photos/video of the defect to our wholesale team.
Resolution: We provide free replacement parts shipped via Air Express (DHL/FedEx) for urgent repairs.
Compensation: For non-repairable manufacturing defects, we issue credit memos or replacement units in your next container order.
3. Global Logistics & Shipping Terms
We understand that every business has different logistics capabilities. We do not force a "one-size-fits-all" shipping policy. Instead, we negotiate export/import terms to suit your needs.
Flexible Incoterms
FOB (Free on Board): We handle transport to the Chinese port. You control the ocean freight and import process using your preferred forwarder. Ideal for experienced importers.
CIF (Cost, Insurance, & Freight): We manage the ocean freight and insurance to your destination port. You handle customs clearance and final trucking.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available upon negotiation. For partners who prefer a "hands-off" experience, we can quote a full door-to-door price including duties and taxes, depending on your location and order volume.
Recommended Lead Times
Production: 35–45 days (depending on order size).
Ocean Transit: 30–60 days (varies by destination port).
Strategy: We recommend dealers forecast inventory 3 months in advance to ensure stock continuity.
4. Spare Parts Strategy
Without local warehousing, having immediate access to parts is vital for your customer service. We proactively solve this through our Dealer Parts Kit.
Free Wear-and-Tear Parts: With every container order, we include a percentage of free spare parts (such as extra gas struts, mounting kits, and rainfly poles) so you can resolve minor customer issues instantly in your shop.
Digital Service Manuals: We provide your technical team with exploded-view diagrams and repair video guides, empowering you to perform servicing in-house.
5. Quality Assurance (PSI)
To ensure you receive retail-ready goods, we implement a strict Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) protocol before any container is sealed.
Waterproof Testing: Random batch testing for hydrostatic head rating.
Load Testing: Dynamic load simulation on random unit samples.
Packaging: We use heavy-duty, double-wall corrugated cartons with reinforced corner protection specifically designed to withstand ocean freight and forklift handling.
