Stage 1: Raw Material Validation (IQC)
The integrity of our equipment begins with the validation of raw materials. We do not compromise on the specifications of the components used in our wholesale inventory.
- Aluminum Alloys: Every batch of 6063 aircraft-grade aluminum is inspected for tensile strength and corrosion resistance to ensure durable tent shells and awning frames.
- Textile Verification: Our 280G Poly-Cotton Grid fabric undergoes thickness and density verification to maintain a consistent baseline.
- Hardware Inspection: Critical components, including stainless steel hinges and high-pressure gas struts, are batch-tested for operational consistency.
Stage 2: Precision In-Process Auditing (IPQC)
During the assembly of our SY-series rooftop tents and modular awnings, our team monitors key manufacturing milestones.
- Structural Welding: Aluminum frame components are inspected for weld quality and structural alignment.
- Seam Integrity: All internal seams are audited for the application of high-temperature heat-taping to prevent moisture ingress.
- Deployment Mechanics: We monitor the tension and alignment of hydraulic gas struts to ensure smooth, rapid deployment and reliable closure.
- Locking Mechanisms: Audits are performed on the alignment and tension of locking latches to ensure shell security during vehicle transport.
Stage 3: 24-Hour Final Deployment Testing (FQC)
To ensure retail-ready reliability, every individual unit undergoes a final deployment phase at our Hangzhou facility before crating.
- Static Deployment: Every rooftop tent is fully deployed for a minimum of 24 hours to verify structural stability and fabric tension.
- Hardware Functionality: Technicians perform multiple open-and-close cycles to confirm the flawless operation of struts, ladders, and hinges.
- Component Checklist: Final units are checked against the specific bill of materials (BOM) to ensure all mounting hardware and accessories are included.
Stage 4: Structural & Laboratory Simulation
We utilize specialized testing protocols to validate the performance ratings advertised to our global partners.
- Hydrostatic Head Rating: Fabrics are batch-tested to confirm a PU rating of 3000mm+, ensuring performance in heavy rain conditions.
- Dynamic Load Testing: We perform random batch simulations to verify the dynamic and static load capacities of our aluminum shell designs.
- UV Exposure Testing: Materials are evaluated for resistance to high-index UV exposure to prevent premature material degradation in extreme climates.
Stage 5: High-Impact Export Packaging
Recognizing the stresses of international sea freight, we utilize specialized packaging to protect your inventory.
- Industrial Cartons: We use heavy-duty, double-wall corrugated cartons specifically designed for oversized freight.
- Reinforced Protection: Every unit is secured with reinforced corner protection and internal padding to withstand forklift handling and ocean transit vibrations.
- Container Sealing: Our Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) protocol ensures that containers are professionally loaded and secured at the ports of Ningbo or Shanghai.
