This documentation outlines the wholesale support framework and warranty protocols for Yohokamper, operated by Yoho(Hangzhou) Industrial Co., Ltd.. Our goal is to provide transparent, factory-direct logistics and technical support from our base in Hangzhou, China.
1. The Direct-Import Advantage
We operate exclusively on a Factory-to-Dealer basis. By facilitating shipments directly from our Hangzhou facility to your warehouse, we eliminate the markups and storage fees typically associated with regional distributors.
- Maximizing Margins: Partners access the lowest possible landed cost, providing significant room for retail profitability or competitive market pricing.
- Fresh Inventory: Every unit is manufactured to order, ensuring your stock reflects the latest model iterations and material improvements.
- Scalability: We offer flexible production scaling to meet seasonal demand, from partial containers (LCL) to full 40HQ container loads.
2. 1-Year Limited Warranty
We stand behind our production quality with a 1-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty designed to protect your wholesale business against production defects.
Coverage Scope
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of receipt:
- Structure: Includes aluminum frame welding, shell integrity, and hinge mechanics.
- Components: Covers gas struts, locking mechanisms, and telescopic ladders.
- Fabric: Includes seam-sealing tape and PU waterproofing coatings.
- Exclusions: This does not cover standard wear and tear, long-term UV degradation, or damage resulting from improper installation or storage.
B2B Resolution Process
As we do not maintain local service centers, we utilize a “Parts & Credit” system for efficiency:
- Evidence: Submit clear photos or video of the defect to our wholesale team.
- Resolution: We ship free replacement parts via Air Express (DHL/FedEx) for urgent repairs.
- Compensation: For non-repairable manufacturing faults, we issue credit memos or provide replacement units in your next container order.
3. Global Logistics & Shipping Terms
We offer flexible Incoterms® 2020 to suit your specific logistics capabilities.
- FOB (Free on Board): We manage transport to the Chinese port (Ningbo or Shanghai); you control the ocean freight and import process.
- CIF (Cost, Insurance, & Freight): We manage ocean freight and insurance to your destination port, while you handle customs clearance and final trucking.
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Our most requested service for a “hands-off” experience; we provide a full door-to-door price inclusive of all duties and taxes.

4. Spare Parts Strategy
To ensure your customers receive immediate service, we provide a proactive Dealer Parts Kit:
- Free Wear-and-Tear Parts: Every container order includes a percentage of free spare parts (extra gas struts, mounting kits, etc.) to resolve minor issues instantly.
- Digital Manuals: We provide your technical team with exploded-view diagrams and repair guides to empower in-house servicing.
5. Quality Assurance Protocol
Every container undergoes a strict Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI) to ensure retail-ready quality:
- Waterproof Testing: Batch testing for hydrostatic head ratings.
- Load Testing: Dynamic load simulations on random unit samples.
- Industrial Packaging: We use heavy-duty, double-wall corrugated cartons with reinforced corner protection designed for ocean freight and forklift handling.
